Chef tyler Jones
Chef Tyler is a seasoned (yes, pun intended) restaurant
professional with nearly 15 years of high-end industry experience in both
front-of-house and back-of-house functions. The years of high-volume,
fast-paced operations have honed his skills across a variety of kitchens and
cuisines, including dockside seafood dining in the resort town of Ocean City,
MD.
Chef Tyler is driven by his passion for crafting
farm-to-table menus focused on high-quality ingredients from local sources.
He has been the Chef de Cuisine at Hollywood Casino Charles
Town’s sports bar/restaurant since 2022.
